Museum of Latvia University of Agriculture

The Museum of Latvia University of Agriculture has been open to the public since 1968. It’s collection consists of more than 4 thousand units. The palace historical exposition includes exhibits about the palace when it was part of the Livonian Order, archeological artifacts, aspects of current historical research about Jelgava Palace as a residence of dukes of Courland and Semigallia duchy and also information about the current renewal projects taking place. Furthermore the exhibition shows the history of development of higher education of agriculture in Latvia.
