At Kurzeme Fortress Museum, you can find out about wartime operations in Kurzeme Fortress and the future fates of Latvian soldiers. The museum was opened in 1996. Here, visitors can see a historical display about World War I and World War II, assembled from a collection of artefacts pertaining to local history and the military.
